1. Introduction
1.1 Acceptance of Terms: These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your use of the HIRE4 mobile application (“the Application”) provided by HIRE4 TECHNOLOGY (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1.2 Consent to the Agreement: By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein, please do not use the Application.
1.3 By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.
2. License and Use
2.1 License Grant: HIRE4 TECHNOLOGY grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2.2 Restrictions: You shall not, directly or indirectly, do any of the following with the Application:
(a) Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Application;
(b) Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices from the Application;
(c) Use the Application in any manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of others;
(d) Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Application;
(e) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application or its related systems or networks;
(f) Transmit or upload any harmful code, viruses, or other malware to the Application;
(g) Use the Application for any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized purpose.
3. Privacy
3.1 Privacy Policy: Your use of the Application is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Application, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership: The Application and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, trademarks, and software, are the property of HIRE4 TECHNOLOGY 4 and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
4.2 Trademarks: HIRE4 TECHNOLOGY and HIRE4 logos and trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or in any manner that disparages or discredits of HIRE4 TECHNOLOGY.
5. Age Restrictions
5.1 The minimum age to use our Site is 14 years old. By using this Site, users agree that they are over 14 years old. We do not assume any legal responsibility for false statements about age.
6. Disclaimers
6.1 No Warranties: The Application is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6.2 No Guarantees: We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services made available by third parties on our Site.
6.3 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall of HIRE4 TECHNOLOGY be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Application.
7. Account Representation
When you create an account on our Site, you agree to the following:
7.1 You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account; and
7.2. All personal information you provide to us through your account is up to date, accurate, and truthful and that you will update your personal information if it changes.
7.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are using our Site illegally or if you violate these Terms and Conditions.
8. Sale of Services
8.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of services available on our Site.

- Booking Arrangement.
The services will be paid for in full upon the completion of the service.
8.2 These Terms and Conditions apply to all the services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all services we provide. You agree to purchase services from our Site at your own risk.
8.3 We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
9. Indemnification and Payments
9.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HIRE4 TECHNOLOGY from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Application or any breach of this Agreement.
9.2 We accept the following payment methods on our Site:
- Credit Card; and
- other online payment platforms.
9.3 When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
9.4 If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
10. Consumer Protection Law
10.1 Where the Consumer Protection Act, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
11. Links to Other Websites
11.1 Our Site contains links to third party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website or service linked to on our Site. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of these third-party websites before using these sites.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
12.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
12.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Alberta, Canada.
13. Modifications to the Agreement
13.1 We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any material changes to this Agreement via the Application or other means. Your continued use of the Application after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Severability
14.1 If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
